As an educational institute, IPE Pakistan has a set of terms and conditions that govern our operations and interactions with our students. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure that we maintain a high standard of quality in all aspects of our operations and provide a fair and transparent environment for our students. Some of the key terms and conditions of IPE Pakistan are:

Admissions: Admission to IPE Pakistan is subject to the successful completion of the admission process, which may include an interview, test, or other assessments. Admission is granted solely at the discretion of IPE Pakistan.

Fees: The fees for each course are subject to change without prior notice. Payment of fees is due at the time of registration, and failure to make timely payment may result in the cancellation of enrollment.

Refunds: IPE Pakistan follows non-refundable fee policy and refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, such as when a course is cancelled or CEO/Director approves it. Refunds are subject to a deduction of administrative charges.

Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times while on the premises of IPE Pakistan. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion without any fee refund.

Intellectual Property: All materials provided by IPE Pakistan, including software, practice materials, and other resources, are the intellectual property of IPE Pakistan and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.

Privacy: IPE Pakistan is committed to protecting the privacy of its students and will not disclose any personal information without prior consent, except as required by law.

Liability: IPE Pakistan is not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of our courses or any materials provided by IPE Pakistan.

Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, tutorials, and exams. Absence due to illness or other reasons must be reported to IPE Pakistan in advance.

Course completion: Students must successfully complete all the requirements of the course, including assessments and exams, to be eligible for a certificate of completion.

Course changes: IPE Pakistan reserves the right to make changes to the course curriculum, content, schedule, or fees without prior notice.

Certification: The certificate of completion issued by IPE Pakistan does not guarantee employment, admission to further studies, or any other outcome.

Withdrawals: Students who wish to withdraw from a course must provide written notice to IPE Pakistan. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to a deduction of administrative charges. (Refund Policy is applicable)

Discrimination: IPE Pakistan does not tolerate discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other characteristic.

Plagiarism: Students must ensure that all work submitted is their own and does not contain any plagiarized content. Any act of plagiarism may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion without any refund.

Facilities: Students are expected to use the facilities of IPE Pakistan responsibly and not damage any property or equipment. If found/ held responsible will bear the cost.

Grievances: Students who have any grievances or complaints should report them to IPE Pakistan management in writing. IPE Pakistan will take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Termination: IPE Pakistan reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student for reasons such as academic misconduct, failure to meet the requirements of the course, or inappropriate behavior with out any refunds.

Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights related to the courses offered by IPE Pakistan belong to IPE Pakistan and its partners, and the students do not acquire any rights or ownership.

Communication: All communication between IPE Pakistan and students will be conducted through official channels, such as email/WhatsApp or the learning management system.
